Would You Rather: Beauty Edition

1. Would you rather lose all of your mascaras, eyeliners, lipsticks, and lip glosses or lose all of your palettes and eye shadows?

I would rather lose all of my mascaras, eyeliners, lipsticks and lip glosses.  I feel that those makeup items are easier to replace than my eye shadows (in my personal kit at least).

2. Would you rather chop off all your hair or never be able to cut it again?

Wow, I would have to go with never be able to cut it again.  I’ll find ways to style it in an up-do or something to keep it off the ground, lol.

3. Would you rather have a coral cheek or a pink cheek?

Considering my skin tone and everyday makeup look I would rather have a coral cheek.

4. If you had $1,000 to spend, would you rather buy clothes or makeup?

As much as I really do need to replenish my out-of-season/out-of-date wardrobe, I always tend to spend my money on more makeup :)

5. Would you rather apply lipstick as eyeliner or eyeliner as lipstick?

Nowadays with the huge color selection offered in eyeliners I am sure I can pull off eyeliner as lipstick.

6. Would you rather only shop at MAC or Sephora?

Sephora hands down for their variety of not only makeup brands but also skincare, perfume, haircare and so forth.

7. Would you rather only use one eyeshadow color or one lip color for the rest of your life?

I would have to go with one lip color for the rest of my life for I always keep my lips simple to pair with my everyday casual smokey eyes.

8. Would you rather wear winter clothes in the summer or summer clothes in the winter?

Living in Southern California has its perks.  With that said, I would rather wear my summer clothes in the winter and layer as needed.

9. Would you rather have dark nails or bright nails all year round?

How about nude nails? lol.  I actually keep my nails a dainty pinkish nude color all year round but having to choose between dark or bright, I will go with dark all year round.

10. Would you rather give up your favorite lip product or your favorite eye product?

This doesn’t get any easier with each question.  In my case, I’ll forfeit my favorite eye product in order to keep my ALL TIME FAVORITE lip balm. (will post about that soon! ;)

11. Would you rather only be able to wear your hair in a ponytail or a messy bun?

Messy bun! So quick and easy.  If my hair isn’t down then it is most likely up in a bun.  I don’t spend too much time styling my own hair, just blow dry and go.

12. Would you rather never be able to paint your nails again or never use lip gloss?

I don’t use lip gloss much already, so no lip gloss it is.

13. Would you rather shave your eyebrows and have none at all or Sharpie them in everyday?

Wow, who created this question?! Eyebrows are very important to me.  I will find a way to perfect filling them in with a Sharpie.  For example, using a dried out Sharpie marker resulting in a stain effect instead of a harsh marker line. ;)

14. Would you rather live without makeup or nail polish?

Life as a makeup artist will no longer exist if it didn’t include makeup!  I”d rather live without nail polish.
